How To Set Growth
Don't lie for acceptance. If you are the only person who thinks differently in the crowd and questioned, say your truth anyway. It will always be a battle between what you believe in and the world. The world has its own sets of belief. Let them speak their truth too. Listen, learn and accept other people's reality as to how you want them to take yours.
We must try our best to create a space where we can all say anything, do anything, and be anything we want to explore beings. This is the same for children. A children's haven is their parents, their home. Home is their biggest playground. Their theatre stage. The hub for all imagination to be accepted. They figure out who they want to be in the world, by first trying it out at home. Let your children be free, as to how you want society to let you be you, be free.
As I create awareness of my thoughts and actions, all that I do becomes less of a problem but more of a beautiful gain. Something as delicate and easy as resting; be aware of you relaxing. If the initial plan wasn't for you to rest longer, but be aware and tell yourself why you deserve this rest. Watch how your body feels when you're telling it to let go.
When our actions are challenged and pushed to a brim, and embarrassingly we get agitated, be aware of our emotions. Catch ourself feeling what we're feeling at that moment, acknowledge it and move on quickly—not harbouring the negative emotions longer.
When we start to make a very conscious effort to our life, we'll begin to realise how pathetic and irrelevant our petty behaviours are. We truly are in control of OUR universe— no one else. We are responsible for all the good and bad times. No one else. So why not live better, live consciously?
